Tea Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Tea Maker with strong expertise in Tandoori Chai preparation to join our café team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in making a variety of tea beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering consistent taste and quality to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Tandoori Chai with authentic flavor and presentation.
• Make a variety of tea beverages including cutting chai, masala chai, ginger tea, lemon tea, etc.
• Ensure proper handling of kullads (clay cups) for Tandoori Chai.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the tea counter.
• Manage tea ingredients, milk, sugar levels, and inventory.
• Maintain consistency in taste and quality for every order.
• Serve customers politely and maintain a friendly environment.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Assist in basic café operations when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience in making Tandoori Chai (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a tea maker or café staff.
• Ability to work in fast-paced café environment.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Hardworking, punctual, and reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
