Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TDS and ROC Expert located in Kolkata. The TDS and ROC Expert will be responsible for managing TDS compliance and ensuring ROC compliance for various clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and filing TDS returns, maintaining ROC records, monitoring regulatory changes, providing tax advice, and ensuring timely submission of all statutory returns. The expert will also work closely with clients to address any queries and assist in maintaining accurate bookkeeping records.

Qualifications

• Experience in TDS compliance, preparation, and filing
• Strong knowledge of ROC compliance and maintenance of records
• Proficiency in book keeping and financial preparation
• Understanding of GST, Ind AS, and FDI regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in tax consultancy or accounting firms is a plus
