TDI CFO Analyst

Role Overview: As a TDI CFO Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will be part of the Finance Business Advisory team. Your role involves advising and supporting business leaders in assigned Divisions/Business Units on specific functional subject areas while ensuring compliance with the bank's strategy, policies, legal/regulatory frameworks, and future financial performance. Your responsibilities will include financial consulting, creating financial insights, improving financial data quality, implementing policies, and maintaining function responsibility for defined topics. Key Responsibilities: - Provide financial consulting and coaching to business leaders by interpreting financial results in the context of business operations - Create forward-looking financial insights on market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios - Improve the quality of internal and external financial data to drive business decision-making - Implement appropriate policies and processes in alignment with bank and Divisional strategy - Maintain function responsibility for defined topics - Work within the TDI Central team under Infrastructure CFO, responsible for forecasting and planning processes, data analytics, control reporting, and supporting TDI CFOs - Coordinate inputs from TDI CFOs, ELOs for IT SW, IT Res/Ser, and ensure accurate processing of monthly forecast data - Support month-end activities (Flash/Forecast) and provide insights on FTEs and vendor spend - Non-approval of this role will directly impact TDI Central deliverables with upstream and downstream stakeholder impacts Qualifications Required: - Financial reporting experience - FP&A knowledge - Proficiency in SAP, BCS, BCP, PFC - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Additional Details: Deutsche Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including a best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, childcare assistance benefit, sponsorship for industry certifications, employee assistance program, hospitalization and life insurance, and health screening.
