Job Description

Experience - M
in 2 years in International Taxation (German and European)
Graduate in any discipline
Working Days : 5 Days (WFO)
CTC - upto 12 LPA

Role & Key Responsibilities:

Accuracy & Compliance Management:
Drive team performance by prioritizing calculation accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Ensure timely resolution of tax queries within SLA (2448 hours).
Specialized Coaching:
Conduct focused 1:1 coaching sessions to enhance team understanding of specific tax concepts including Kapitalertragsteuer, Loss Pots offsetting, Double Taxation Treaties, and Corporate Action tax implications.
Escalation Resolution:
Act as the final point of contact for escalations related to complex tax calculation discrepancies, tax statement validations, and regulatory reporting issues.
Data Integrity Oversight:
Monitor adherence to reconciliation methodologies, ensuring accurate cost basis adjustments and error-free transaction re-processing.
Performance Reporting:
Analyze team metrics, identify root causes of tax calculation errors, and develop quality improvement insights for senior leadership.

Key Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Banking Operations and Taxation (European market preferred).
In-depth knowledge of the German Tax Framework (e.g., Abgeltungsteuer, Sparerpauschbetrag) and strong working experience with European taxation rules for capital market instruments.
Ability to explain complex numerical concepts and processes clearly.
Willingness to work in shifts aligned to customer business hours.
