The job roles and responsibilities of a GST : Preparing tax returns, payments, paperwork, and reports as needed. Assessing and investigating complicated tax situations in order to find solutions. Managing and keeping the company's tax database up to date. Determining tax savings and offering profit-boosting strategies. Filing tax returns such as GSTR 3B, GSTR 1, ITC 04, and CMP 08 complete with details of supplies, both outward and inward. Filing GST returns on monthly, quarterly, annual or final basis. Cancelling, amending and revoking GST registration at the instruction of the taxpayer. Looking into their liability, cash and other electronic ledgers. Creating tax challans and depositing the amount taxable.
