Tax Specialist

As a Tax Specialist at Accenture, you will utilize your skills in Statutory Reporting & Tax Compliance - Corporate Tax to support the Finance Operations vertical. Your responsibilities will involve determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, reconciling transactions, and applying tax rules to income to develop tax strategies or file tax returns. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to establish strong client relationships, work effectively in a team, demonstrate problem-solving skills, meet deadlines consistently, and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include the analysis and resolution of moderately complex problems. You may be required to develop new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures or adapting them as necessary. It is essential to understand the strategic direction set by senior management concerning team goals. Your primary interaction will be with your direct supervisor, and you may also engage with peers or management levels at clients or within Accenture. Guidance will be available when determining methods and procedures for new assignments. Your decisions will have a significant impact on the team. If in an individual contributor role, you may manage small teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. Please be aware that this position may involve working in rotational shifts. With a background in BCom, MCom, or Chartered Accountancy, along with 7 to 11 years of relevant experience, you are well-positioned to thrive in this role at Accenture.
