Job Description:

Prepare end-to-end documentation process for the allocated share of TP reports/country responsibilities.

Gathering and analyzing data relating to intercompany transactions within Deere for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.

Assisting in performing financial analysis to identify transfer pricing risks, potential areas of non-compliance, etc.

Establish and provide transfer pricing guidance to global affiliates in alignment with Company policy

Work in close coordination with the tax teams, business, finance and tax professionals. Regular interaction with business and controllers to understand the business model.

Timely and effective escalation to management for any business queries.

Clear understanding of the flow of accounting data through ERPs is critical to this function

Managing routine calls with business/stakeholders to seek appropriate clarifications and information.

Assist in any other ad-hoc tax transfer pricing assignments, other miscellaneous assignments, if required.

Drive continuous improvement in model accuracy and efficiency using technology and automation (e.g. Alteryx)

Assist in development of new processes and ensure they are clearly documented, communicated and delivered
