Tax Analyst

Requirements

CA Inter / CA Final (semi-qualified) or an equivalent qualification

Strong working knowledge of the Income Tax Act, DTAA and NRI taxation

Basic understanding of US tax laws and reporting requirements

Excellent written and spoken English for client-facing communication

Ability to work independently and manage several client files at once

Required:

Prepare and file Indian income tax returns for NRIs and individuals with foreign income

Do DTAA analysis and determine treaty benefits for cross-border income

Prepare and review Form 15CA/15CB for foreign remittances

Handle applications for lower or nil TDS deduction certificates (Section 197)

Manage Schedule FA, foreign asset reporting and related disclosures

Compute and claim Foreign Tax Credit (Form 67)

Analyse cross-border tax situations, including residential status, repatriation and FEMA implications

Support US tax matters such as FBAR, Form 8938 and PFIC basics, alongside the US CPA team

Handle international clients independently: calls, emails, scoping and follow-ups

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
