In this role at EY, you will have the opportunity to analyze information to ensure accuracy of deliverables and support Team Leads/Assistant Managers in managing client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for executing day-to-day tasks related to your engagement/s - Monitoring and allocating work to the team - Conducting reviews of deliverables for quality assurance - Ensuring meeting of contractual SLAs - Being an integral part of the Global and/or Local Client Service Delivery team - Coaching team members and assisting Tax Seniors - Delegating work effectively and ensuring budget compliance - Focusing on efficiencies and continuous improvement - Handling and escalating issues to leadership - Working in a virtual environment with global teams - Training, mentoring, and coaching team members - Collaborating with different work streams as required - Communicating progress and project status to the Team Lead - Connecting various work streams serving the client Skills and attributes for success include proficiency in MS Office, strong data manipulation skills, clear verbal and structured written communication, ability to work in a team, self-motivated attitude, attention to detail, and systematic skills. To qualify for this role, you must be proficient in English, have clear verbal communication, structured written communication, listening skills, ability to work in a team, self-assured and self-motivated attitude, organized and deadline-focused, systematic skills, and attention to detail. Ideally, you will also have experience in project management, knowledge of a foreign language, and certification courses in operation management or client management.
