Tax Analyst

As a Tax Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations in various jurisdictions like the US, UK, and Australia. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation of Sales tax and Corporate Income tax returns in adherence to relevant laws. - Conducting research to analyze tax implications of business decisions. - Monitoring changes in legislation and regulations to assess tax implications for the business. - Identifying potential issues and providing effective solutions. - Providing support to tax accountants and accounting team members. - Assisting in documentation preparation for audits. - Documenting tax procedures and processes. - Advising management on the impact of new laws. - Ensuring compliance by examining financial and tax records. - Developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities. - Preparing financial statements and documents related to taxation. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Good understanding of tax concepts. - Strong numerical analysis and data interpretation skills. - Interest in staying updated on tax legislation changes. - Preferably, strong accounting and tax accounting experience. - Working knowledge of Corporate Tax and Sales Tax with 2-3 years of relevant experience. - Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA, and/or master's degree preferred.,
