This role involves overseeing the multi-country Corporate/Statutory reporting process, including the Financial Statement Close process. - Ensure meticulous compliance with the client's calendar to facilitate the smooth finalization of books and statutory reporting - Prepare standardized Group GAAP to Local GAAP bridging adjustments for multi-country engagements utilizing central technology - Understand client requirements by gaining insights into business processes and operations - Handle journal postings and financial preparation - Adhere to defined processes and timelines for reports and schedules - Maintain and update dashboards to reflect progress and status of multi-country engagements - Provide prompt and comprehensive responses to client queries - Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Exhibit motivation, self-starting qualities, and excellent interpersonal skills - Embrace an innovative mindset - Possess strong work organization, initiative, and commitment - Experience in preparing statutory financial statements and basic knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS - Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages such as French or Spanish is advantageous - Advanced Excel skills - Familiarity with ERP systems, preferred experience with SAP/Oracle EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) operates as a global delivery network across various locations, working closely with teams from different EY service lines, geographies, and sectors.
