Tax Accountant - Ahmedabad

Invoice Processing & accounting:

• Handling vendor invoices & updating the same in Tracker.
• Invoice accounting in Zoho.
• Ensuring accuracy of invoices and supporting documents before payment.
• Coordinating with vendors/Spocs for pending bills or approval (e.g. CreditCard accounting & more).

Tracker Updating:

• Managing day-to-day tracker updating in google sheets.
• Coordinating with vendors/Spocs for requirement of documents in case of new vendor & updating the vendor master tracker.

Credit card accounting:

• Credit card accounting for various credit & debit cards of India, USA & Singapore entity.
• Ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval of documents.

Payment initiation in Bank portal & posting the payment entries in Zoho:

• Initiating the payment from the bank portal & posting the payment entries in Zoho.
• Sending of payment advices to vendors/Spocs after approval of payment.

Month End activities:

• Handling of various month end activities like – closing of Invoice accounting, credit card accounting & Bank reconciliation

Other Responsibilities:

• Performing any other tasks necessary for the efficient functioning of the accounts payable and administrative operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
