Tawa Master

Job Summary:

The Tawa Master is responsible for preparing a variety of tawa items such as parotta, chapathi, omelette, dosa, and other tawa-based dishes. The role requires skill in handling the tawa, maintaining consistency, speed, and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare parotta, chapathi, omelette, dosa, and other tawa items as per restaurant standards.
• Ensure proper texture, softness, and taste of all items.
• Maintain the tawa and work area in a clean and good condition.
• Prepare ingredients like dough, batter, and eggs before service time.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before cooking.
• Report shortages or equipment issues to the chef or manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tawa Master or Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
• Good knowledge of South Indian tawa dishes and preparation methods.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy hours.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• High level of hygiene and cleanliness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
