Ingrid Ink is expanding! We are opening a brand new studio in the heart of Gurgaon and are looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized individual to help us run the show. We pride ourselves on creating high-quality art in a sterile, welcoming, and professional environment. As a new studio, this is a unique opportunity to be part of our founding team and help build our culture from the ground up.

The Role

We are looking for a Studio Assistant who acts as the "face" of the studio. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and the backbone of our daily operations. You don’t need to be a tattoo artist, but you must have a passion for the industry, excellent people skills, and a knack for keeping things organized.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front of House & Customer Service

• Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable immediately upon arrival.
• Manage client bookings, deposits, and appointment scheduling (via phone, email, and DM).
• Answer inquiries regarding pricing, aftercare, and artist availability.
• Handle client intake forms and ensure legal waivers are signed and filed correctly.

2. Studio Operations & Hygiene

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in the reception and common areas.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of artist stations (training provided on sterilization protocols).
• Manage inventory: track stock of inks, needles, gloves, and office supplies, and reorder when necessary.
• Handle payment processing (cash, card, UPI) and daily cash handling.

3. Social Media & Content

• Assist artists by taking high-quality photos/videos of finished tattoos.
• Help manage the studio’s Instagram stories and posts to keep our audience engaged.

Who You Are

• Organized: You are punctual and can manage multiple artists' schedules without mixing up appointments.
• People Person: You have excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) and can handle nervous clients with a calm, friendly demeanor.
• Hygiene Conscious: You understand that a tattoo studio is a clinical environment; cleanliness is a top priority.
• Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using scheduling software, Excel/Google Sheets, and Instagram.
• Bonus: Previous experience in hospitality, salon management, or the tattoo industry is a big plus.

Pay: ₹8,932.33 - ₹19,666.61 per month
