Very poor service. They keep hideing terms and conditions. While making repayment they charge more money. Crm is 3rd class they dont entertain customer and not listning. They are asking to call their sales manager who have left organisation..

Absolutely disgusting people hired in the backend. Doesn't know how to talk to a customer. Absolute rude behaviour as if doing favour on a person. Ruchira Sawant named employee made me wait that she would come and went for lunch keeping me wait for 1 and half hr. This is not acceptable at all. Everybody's time is precious
