I was trying to reach, but no one picking the call at panjagutta branch, even they change the toll free numbers. I hv closed my personal loan in July, but still I'm getting the msg that I hv overdue. I don't know how come it possible.

One of the worst services I have ever seen.. I am not sure how this company is surviving in the market with such worst service. Useless staff, processes followed are designed way back in 1900. Since I need to select a star selecting it 1. Else its -Infinity.

My emi amt is 2950 because of covid i was admitted in hospital i informed to these people but even though they have charged me almost 1900 rupees of cheque bounce charge excluding the emi amt including emi i paid almost 4800 rupees also …
