Responsibilities: Prepare tandoori items: kebabs, naan, rotis, vegetables/meats Operate clay oven with safety protocols Perform mise-en-place: wash, chop, marinate Monitor cooking for quality and presentation Maintain station hygiene and kitchen safety Support stock control, order ingredients Assist other kitchen sections as needed Qualifications: HS diploma; culinary certificate preferred 1–3 years kitchen experience, ideally with tandoor Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge Good communication and teamwork Ability to handle fast-paced kitchen demands
