Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
  • Marinate meats and vegetables as per recipes and portion guidelines.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation before serving.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor station and kitchen area.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and follow instructions from senior chefs.
  • Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management.
  • Follow food safety standards and hotel operating procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or in a similar role in Indian cuisine.
  • In-depth knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques and traditional recipes.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
