Role: Support Executive
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Job Location:Pollachi,Udumalai,Karur,Namakkal,Trichangode,Gobi,Puliyampatti,SAthy,Kangayam,Vellakovil,Dharapuram,Palani
Salary: Based on your previous salary + incentives
Office Timing:9.30PM to 7.00PM
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure Tally Prime at client Locations.
Provide training and functional support to end users.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tally related technical issues.
Assist in migration, backup and version upgrades.
Document service reports and maintain client support logs.
