Role Description This is a full-time role for a Tally Support Executive, located in Thane. Responsibilities include providing expert Tally software support to clients, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training on Tally features. The role also involves collaborating with clients to customize solutions based on their business needs, ensuring optimal use of the software, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage task coordination and documentation effectively. Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients and address their concerns. Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support client-specific Tally implementation and troubleshooting requirements. Knowledge of Tally software will be highly advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a client-focused approach.
