Tally Software Support

As an IT Catalyst team member, you will be responsible for providing support and implementation services to customers, specifically those with Tally support experience. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Providing inbound phone, web, or email support to effectively and efficiently resolve client inquiries and problems. - Communicating responsibly with all parties involved in issue resolution to meet and manage client expectations. - Documenting, tracking, and updating details on the specifics of client issue(s). - Assisting with writing estimates for software modification specifications and documentation of support processes. - Performing Quality Assurance testing for software module upgrades/changes and analyzing results to ensure that software performs as required. - Providing training to client end-users, typically via webinar. - Creating or enhancing documentation throughout the support process. - Contributing to the company knowledge library and/or Tyler Community. - Participating in User Group meetings and activities. - Committing to expanding technological skills and knowledge of the Tally products. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 12 months of previous experience in an Associate Software Support Specialist position or a position demonstrating systems knowledge and experience. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Exceptional customer service aptitude. - Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting basic to moderate issues. - Strong organizational skills. - Effective analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Basic knowledge and understanding of database structures, including fields, tables, views, and database objects. - Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office. - Knowledge and understanding of software development tools would be a plus.
