Responsibilities: - Provide inbound phone, web, or email support to efficiently resolve client inquiries and issues. - Communicate responsibly with all parties involved in issue resolution to effectively manage and meet client expectations. - Document, track, and update details related to client issues. - Assist in writing estimates for software modification specifications and support process documentation. - Conduct Quality Assurance testing for software module upgrades/changes and analyze results to ensure software performance meets requirements. - Deliver training to client end-users, typically via webinar. - Develop and enhance documentation throughout the support process. - Contribute to the company's knowledge library and/or Tyler Community. - Participate in User Group meetings and activities. - Dedicate efforts to expanding technological skills and knowledge of Tally products. Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 months of previous experience in an Associate Software Support Specialist role or equivalent position demonstrating systems knowledge and experience. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Exceptional customer service aptitude. - Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting basic to moderate issues. - Solid organizational skills. - Strong analytical ability, especially in a technical environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of database structures, including fields, tables, views, and database objects. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Familiarity with software development tools is advantageous.,
