Job Description

You will be part of the team at IT Catalyst, a leading technology company and premier partner of Tally Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. We are seeking dynamic individuals who are ambitious and looking to build a career in Tally software and Tally customized solution sales. Your responsibilities will include achieving annual sales targets by directly selling Tally software and customized solutions to prospects and customers in your assigned territory. You will be expected to identify high-potential sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and thorough qualification. It will be crucial for you to understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of Tally Solutions to both business and technology stakeholders within potential client organizations. Additionally, you will lead contract negotiations, collaborate with the VP of Sales on accurate sales forecasts, and work closely with business development representatives to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with solution engineers, delivery teams, and support teams to ensure seamless pre-sales, delivery, and post-sale processes that drive high levels of client satisfaction. Your ability to provide ongoing market and client feedback will be essential in contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales team, service delivery, product development, and overall company strategy. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing software/ERP services business in the Enterprise space. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned goals is required, along with a solid understanding of key technology concepts necessary to sell complex solutions to technical stakeholders. You should be adept at clearly articulating how Tally software and services can address clients" business and technical challenges, and be capable of engaging with senior management for negotiations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email. The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team is crucial, as is a willingness to travel as needed to fulfill job requirements.,
