Tally Sales Influencer

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Tally Sales and Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Tally software products, handling customer queries, providing after-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Sales:

• Promote and sell Tally software products (TallyPrime, Add-ons, TSS, etc.)
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
• Conduct product demos and presentations for clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure renewals.

Support:

• Provide technical and functional support for Tally products to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
• Handle software installation, activation, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Train users on Tally features and usage.
• Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally software (especially TallyPrime).
• Basic understanding of accounting and GST principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and technical aptitude.
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer service attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tally sales or support role.
• Tally certification (if any) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,543.28 per month
