Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Pitch products or services clearly and effectively.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and sales.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).
• Positive attitude and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and continue with enthusiasm.

Education:

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.

Salary:

As per industry standards + Incentives

Working Hours:

working hours, e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
