Tally Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting and data entry activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. The role requires efficiency, discipline, and the ability to coordinate smoothly with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Data Entry

• Enter day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime
• Prepare and update sales, purchase, stock, and expense entries
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents

2. Billing & Documentation

• Prepare customer invoices, challans, and delivery notes
• Ensure accurate billing and timely record maintenance
• Maintain digital and physical filing of all documents

3. Cash & Bank Handling

• Update cash book and bank book on a daily basis
• Record receipts, payments, bank deposits, and withdrawals
• Assist in reconciliation of bank statements

4. Reporting

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports
• Support management in analysis and financial documentation
• Assist in audit-related data preparation when required

5. Coordination

• Work closely with the operations and admin team
• Provide accounting-related support and updates
• Ensure all entries and records are completed within deadlines

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidate only (as per job requirement)
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Tally Operator
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Basic knowledge of GST, stock handling, and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work full-time from 10 AM to 8 PM
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Preferably a candidate from Raipur or nearby areas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
