Reporting to: Manager Business Development Tally Enterprise Solution Location: Tirupur/Coimbatore/Erode/Chennai Key Objective of the Role: Satisfying the customer to the core. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding the query of the customer. - Ability to interpret the problem and provide solutions. - Offering technical support to customer queries onsite and remotely as needed. - Documentation following company standards. - Generating reports as per the standard requirements. Job Specification: - Years of Experience: Minimum 6 months, freshers with a good academic record can also apply. - Qualification: Commerce Graduate with 60% Tally Knowledge. - Competencies: - Strong communication in English. - Good writing skills. - Flexibility and ambition.
