Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer queries effectively. - Analyze problems and provide appropriate solutions. - Offer technical support to customers both on-site and remotely. - Maintain documentation in accordance with company standards. - Generate reports as per defined protocols. Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in the field, freshers with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. - Commerce Graduate with a minimum of 60% marks and proficiency in Tally. - Strong communication skills in English. - Good writing abilities. - Flexibility and ambition are essential traits for this role.
