Handle inbound calls from our IVR (various lead sources) and make outbound calls to potential customers. Share lead details with the sales coordinator, explain GFRP products, and follow up with prospects. Will report directly to the Sales Head.
Minimum Qualification - Graducate (any stream)
1-2 years telecalling/inside sales experiences (construction products preferred)
Good communication in Hindi & English
Must have good computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM)
