Talent Sourcing Analyst

You are a Post Graduate student from an MBA program who will be joining the team as a Talent sourcing analyst in the HR domain, focusing on talent acquisition. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients to understand hiring needs, qualifications, and cultural fit. - Sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and screenings. - Managing the offer process, including negotiations and ensuring offer acceptance. - Supporting candidates through onboarding for a smooth transition into the company. As a Talent sourcing analyst, you will also: - Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication. - Coordinate interviews and provide candidates with insights for a positive experience. - Maintain accurate candidate profiles and track their progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Optimize recruitment strategies for efficiency and quality of hires. - Provide recruitment metrics and insights to clients and internal teams. Minimum Qualifications: - Post graduate degree/diploma in MBA (preferably in HR, Business, or a related field).
