Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Scouting the potential talents and TP through various offline and online mediums
  • Assisting the talent scouting team with operations
  • Approaching and converting potential talents into contestant and onboarding's TP to driving the entry numbers
  • Organize and attend various scouting meet and greet and creating opportunities for brand recall and awareness of the new season among the pageant aspirants and potential talent
  • Giving the contestant feedback and helping them groom better for the pageant
  • Onboarding various industry experts as Talent Partners who can assist in driving the registrations and increase the awareness for the pageant
  • Converting TP to Event Partners for zonal auditions
