As a Talent Partner at Rubrik, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the growth and expansion of the Tech verticals in Pune. You will collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure exceptional tech talent, contributing to Rubrik's global success. Your responsibilities will include building and scaling engineering teams, developing innovative sourcing strategies, partnering closely with stakeholders to create tailored hiring strategies, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion, and continuously evolving recruitment processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build teams by taking the lead in scaling engineering teams in Pune - Be a talent magnet by developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier tech talent, especially passive candidates - Collaborate strategically with stakeholders to create tailored hiring strategies - Elevate candidate experience by serving as a brand ambassador for Rubrik - Drive DEI initiatives by championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment - Shape recruitment practices by evolving processes and contributing to strategic hiring initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Proven expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Tech/Engineering Recruiter with a deep understanding of Pune's competitive tech hiring landscape - Innovative sourcing: Skilled in using non-traditional sourcing techniques to engage passive talent - Relationship builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Data-driven approach: Adept at leveraging analytics and market intelligence - Technology-savvy: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and cutting-edge recruitment tools - Diversity champion: Committed to building inclusive teams and advancing equity in hiring practices Join Rubrik in securing the world's data.
