About the Role

Talent Manager

This role is for someone who lives and breathes internet culture, respects creativity, and knows how to manage people with empathy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Relationship & Development

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with creators.
  • Understand each creator's niche, tone, strengths, audience behavior & growth goals.
  • Work closely with creators to plan content calendars, storytelling arcs, and personal brand strategies.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to align on performance, goals & upcoming opportunities.

2. Brand Partnerships & Negotiation

  • Pitch creators to relevant brands, agencies, PR partners & collaboration networks.
  • Evaluate brand briefs and match them with the right creator fit.
  • Lead negotiation conversations while protecting the creator's commercial interests.
  • Build structured rate cards, proposals & positioning documents for creators.

3. Campaign Management

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution from briefings to posting.
  • Communicate expectations and guidelines to creators clearly.
  • Manage approvals, revisions, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure each collaboration is smooth, professional, and high-quality.

4. Data & Performance Management

  • Track audience metrics, engagement performance & growth patterns.
  • Prepare campaign reports and performance insights for creators + brand partners.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and content direction improvements based on data.

5. Operational & Financial Coordination

  • Maintain updated databases, trackers, communication logs & dashboards.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups & documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal strategy, creative & finance teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1.55 years experience in

    Influencer Marketing / Talent Management / Digital Media

    .
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously while staying organized.
  • Strong eye for content quality + understanding of what performs online.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel + CRM/Project tools is a plus.
