Talent Development and Learning Specialist

Job Description: As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team at S&C Global Network, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from various industries with Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation initiatives. Your primary focus will be on devising innovative learning strategies and solutions to support organizational change and facilitate a smooth transition process. By being part of our team, you will contribute towards shaping the future workforce. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with client teams to understand business challenges, devising solution approaches, and guiding the design, development, and delivery phases. You will conduct Training Needs Analysis, create comprehensive content outlines, design standards and guidelines for learning solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to develop effective training materials. Additionally, you will review deliverables to ensure quality standards are met and identify and address potential risks. Your role will also involve coaching and providing feedback to team members to enhance their instructional design skills and exploring innovative learning strategies for implementation. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, with at least 6-8 years of experience in content development and instructional design. Your expertise should extend to various training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides. Proficiency in industry-standard design and authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe will be advantageous. Strong interpersonal and writing skills, along with a solid business acumen, are essential attributes for success in this position.
