Job Description: As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team at S&C Global Network, you will be involved in assisting clients from various industries in areas such as Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your role will focus on creating innovative learning strategies and solutions, aiding in organizational change management, and contributing to shaping the future workforce. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with client teams to understand business challenges, develop training curriculums through Training Needs Analysis, outline detailed content based on the curriculum, establish design standards and guidelines for learning solutions, work with stakeholders to create effective training materials, ensure quality deliverables, identify risks, coach team members, provide feedback, explore new learning strategies, and stay updated on industry trends and instructional design tools. You must hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in fields like Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations, along with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in content development and instructional designing. Your expertise should cover various training modalities such as Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, application simulations, and job aids. Additionally, you should have experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.
