Job Description

As an Instructional Design Associate Manager in the Talent & Organization (T&O) division of S&C Global Network, you will collaborate with clients from various industries to address their Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation needs. Your role will involve developing innovative learning strategies and solutions, assisting clients in managing organizational changes, and facilitating a smooth transition process. You will play a crucial part in shaping the future workforce. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with the Functional Manager and Subject Matter Experts to understand business problems, target audiences, and learning needs to develop learning and change objectives. - Collaborating effectively with client teams to design and implement the proposed learning solution. - Creating training materials aligned with the clients" business requirements. - Conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) and designing the training curriculum. - Developing content outlines and training deliverables according to quality standards. - Providing constructive feedback to team members to enhance their instructional design skills. - Collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop training deliverables. - Ensuring project productivity targets are met and identifying and addressing risks. - Contributing to users/client organization through the learning process. - Coaching instructional designers and content developers for Instructor Development Workshops and Train the Trainers sessions. - Identifying opportunities to incorporate new and innovative learning strategies into the solution. Professional & Technical Skills required: - Graduate/Post Graduate with a background in HR/Learning, preferably with a MA/Diploma in Instructional Design or MA in Learning Sciences, MBA. - 8+ years of experience in content development and instructional designing. - Proficiency in developing and delivering various training modalities such as ILTs, WBTs, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides. - Experience in working with global teams and leading small teams independently. Additional Information: - Ability to design and deliver modern learning modalities like gamified learning, microlearning, and mobile learning is advantageous. - Profound knowledge to recommend training modalities, learning strategies, and technologies for a learning solution. - Proficiency in industry-standard design and authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, etc. - Strong design, writing, editing, and reviewing skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. - Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and cross-cultural competence. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
