Role Description

This is a fulltime role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Perfect Talent Partner. The role involves full-life cycle recruiting, hiring coordination, communication with candidates and employers, and employer branding activities. This is a remote position.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Strong Communication abilities
• Employer Branding expertise
• Experience in IT Recruiting processes
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of HR or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
