Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening of resumes to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Manage candidate experience by ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Hiring for roles like Java, .Net, Flutter, MERN, MEAN, Data Engineer
Strong understanding of Candidate Experience principles.
Proficiency in End-To-End Recruitment processes.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
