Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Manage candidate experience by ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Hiring for roles like Java, .Net, Flutter, MERN, MEAN, Data Engineer
  • Strong understanding of Candidate Experience principles.
  • Proficiency in End-To-End Recruitment processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
