Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Blended Support (US Recruitment)

Location: Jaipur – Mansarovar

Shifts: Rotational Shifts ,05 Working Days

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
• Coordinate schedules and manage Google Calendar efficiently.
• Use VLOOKUP and other advanced functions in Google Sheets for recruitment data management.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Typing teams for smooth hiring processes.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in US recruitment (mandatory).
