As a Talent Acquisition/IT Recruiter at Prime Consulting Inc located in Kharadi Pune, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. In this full-time on-site role, you will be tasked with full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, communication, and interviewing to ensure the acquisition of top talent for Prime Consulting Inc. Your skills in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, communication, and interviewing will be put to the test as you work towards minimizing client hiring efforts and finding the right talent effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interviewing skills along with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and experience with applicant tracking systems will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required to be considered for this position.
