Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment Management).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding etc. .
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers) as well as external partners (candidates).
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment metrics.
