Talent Acquisition Manager

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Build and manage talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.
• Design and continuously improve the interview process, evaluation frameworks, and candidate experience.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-acceptance rate, source effectiveness).
• Manage employer branding initiatives to position Edujam as an employer of choice.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer-to-joining process, including background verification coordination.
• Lead, mentor, and (as the team grows) manage recruiters/TA associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding handover to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

• Proven experience hiring across multiple functions/levels (e.g., tech, sales, operations, leadership roles).
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment with the ability to build and present hiring dashboards/reports.
• Experience in [Insert industry, e.g., EdTech / Education sector] is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
