Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive/ Talent Acquisition Intern (IT Exp mandatory)

Location: Chennai/Pune

Experience: 6 months to 4 Years

We are seeking an experienced Talent acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should haveat least 6 months relevant experience in Talent acquisition and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
 Conducting full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selectingqualified candidates. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effectiverecruitment strategies. Posting job openings on various platforms and utilizing social media and professional networks toattract top talent. Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting pre-employment assessments, and coordinatinginterviews. Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate recruitment records in our HRIS.  Negotiating job offers and facilitating the on boarding process for new hires.  Assisting with other HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HRprojects as and when needed.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or BE MBA graduatesMinimum 6 months of experience in recruitment particulary IT recruitment experience in a corporate or agencysetting. Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for various positions. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.  Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.
