Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for supporting full-life cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, the intern will assist with employer branding initiatives, coordinate hiring processes, and help maintain applicant tracking systems. The intern will gain hands-on experience in interviewing and recruiting across various functions and roles.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Employer Branding and Hiring processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology)
