Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
• Help with documentation and HR compliance tasks
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field( BBA & MBA in Human Resources)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR practices
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Education:

• MBA - HR
• Any Graduate with previous internship experience

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
