About Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team!

What you’ll do:

• Source and screen candidates via job portals & social media
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Maintain candidate records in ATS
• Support recruitment strategies & employer branding

What we’re looking for:

• Pursuing/Completed degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented & eager to learn

Stipend: ₹5,000/month (first 3 months), ₹8,000/month (next 3 months based on performance)
Future Opportunity: High performers will be absorbed as full-time employees at industry standards.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
