Job Title: Talent Acquisition HR Operations

Location : Pune

Exp Range - 1 to 8 yrs

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Main Purpose of role:

This role supports the HR Operations team of our client. The role requires the incumbent to work from and hire Blue Collar candidates for Client Location.

Main Skills:

• "Should be affluent in Hiring/Sourcing,

• SAP & Excel Knowledge,

• Communication, Comprehending and articulation skills

• Managing customer stakeholders directly

• Knowledge of Transformations in HRO

• Defining and documenting the processes and policies"

Domain Skills:

• Understanding of Blue-Collar Hiring market for eg. Commercial Vehicle, Passenger Vehicle, Electric Vehicle

• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes like Sourcing, Screening, Co-ordinating across stakeholders, etc.

• Experience in Manufacturing background
