Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across junior, mid-level, managerial, and senior-level positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, and other job portals.
Independently manage multiple vacancies, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.
Support basic HR generalist activities, including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and HRMS updates.
Maintain recruitment records and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, candidate assessment, and organizational skills.

HRMS Requirement

Experience with any HRMS platform is acceptable.
Prior experience with the company's Swine HRMS tool is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Candidates should be tech-savvy and capable of learning the company's HRMS quickly.
