Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage high-volume recruitment, and a passion for identifying and hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
• Make approximately 100 calls daily to connect with potential candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for timely feedback.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve monthly joining targets of 7–8 candidates.

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment.
• Proactive approach, strong follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment will be an advantage.
