Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment and hiring activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, employer branding, and HR operations in a fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in talent acquisition and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain candidate records
• Post job openings on various hiring platforms and social media channels
• Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports
• Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement activities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing requirements
• Assist in campus recruitment activities including coordinating with colleges, screening student profiles, scheduling campus interviews, and supporting internship hiring drives
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations and coordination activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is preferred
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is an added advantage
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
